What do buyers of small appliances want to know?
The category is not a shrunken version of large appliances. For a built-in oven the question is "will it fit the cutout"; for a coffee machine it becomes "how much counter space does it take and will it clear the wall cabinet". Height is the dimension most buyers cannot estimate from a photo, and it drives returns. AR answers it before purchase.
The second question is what is in the box. Blenders, food processors and coffee machines sell with attachments, and buyers struggle to work out which attachment does what from the product description. In a 3D viewer, attachments are presented as separate objects and can be inspected one by one.

Is WebAR actually used in this category?
What determines AR usage is the product's price band and how much the buyer hesitates. On low-priced, low-hesitation products shoppers do not bother opening AR, and even viewer interaction stays low. On products that occupy permanent counter space and are visually prominent, such as coffee machines and stand mixers, AR usage rises noticeably. GlareAR therefore does not recommend a single approach for the whole category, but assessing per product where AR earns its place.
